Order processing

Ready-made products are prepared in 1–2 business days. Personalized and made-to-order products require 2–3 business days for production. Processing and production times do not include shipping time.

Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping is available for all orders to the countries and regions offered at checkout. Estimated shipping time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping

Where available, expedited shipping can be selected at checkout. The applicable charge and service will be displayed before payment.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after the order has shipped. Tracking events can take time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery estimates and customs

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather and local delivery conditions can cause delays. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes collected by local authorities unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or has been dispatched.
